Mevagissey Harbour, Cornwall. Oil on an A3 canvas board. Loved my visit to this beautiful county in January. Freezing cold, but dry, still and sunny. The fisherfolk were eating huge pasties while waiting for the incoming tide which was bubbling through the harbour mouth. It was the dazzling light on the silt in the inner harbour that caught my eye.
