Timothy Tennant

Living between the Torridge estuary and Westward Ho beach I can't help be inspired by my natural surroundings. My work focuses on light, the passing of time and motion. I prefer to paint with oils and am particularly interested in Impressionism and their interpretation of colour and the 'moment' in a scene. My work can be found in the Royal George, Appledore, Great Torrington Library Cafe. Everyone looks at art and creates art in different ways, this aspect I appreciate because it provides an opportunity to learn new perspectives and ideas.
